The buckshot is an ammunition composed of lead shot. The term buckshot generally refers to cartridges comprising less than 28 projectiles (in 12 gauge) organized in beds of three, four or seven projectiles. The diameter of this type of projectile varies from 5.65 to 8.65 mm. Their mass varies from 1.1 to 3.7 g. Most often, cartridges with 9, 12, 16, 21 and 28 grains can be found.
