Why choose a JHP ball?
The hollow point profile is designed to promote the expansion of the projectile upon contact with the target, thus optimizing energy transfer while limiting overpenetration in hard materials. This ballistic behavior is particularly sought after in certain sports disciplines such as shooting at metal silhouettes or exercises on reinforced materials.
This type of warhead is also widely used in the United States for personal defense, due to its ability to maximize terminal effectiveness while reducing collateral risks. In France, its use is strictly reserved for sport shooting in stands , in accordance with the legislation on category B weapons.
