Europ-Arm / Sport Attitude is recruiting a B2B sedentary sales representative M/F

Europ-Arm, a company specializing in the import and distribution to professionals of hunting and shooting weapons and accessories linked to these research activities, is recruiting, for its Leisure Sport-Attitude division, a sedentary sales representative M/F for the sale of Airsoft and Paintball products to the company's French customers.

Position based in La Flèche (72), within the Europ-Arm company.

The sedentary sales representative will work within the Leisure Sport Attitude department of 7 people and in direct contact with the Leisure sales director.

Required profile :

• Commercial experience
• Ability to work in a team and positive spirit
• Oral and written fluency essential, contact taking place mainly by telephone/email and occasionally via customer visits
• Knowledge of airsoft (practice of airsoft is a plus)
• Mastery of IT tools (office pack / social networks / instant messaging).
• Fluency in English is a plus

Missions:

• B2B sales of Airsoft, airguns and Paintball products
• Prospecting for new customers
• Help and advise
• Track and address issues
• Achieve turnover and margin objectives
• Participation in one-off events (trade fairs and open days)

Permanent position to be filled immediately.

Fixed salary (depending on profile) + monthly commissions based on objectives + Company mutual insurance (50% coverage) + mobile phone.
