Europ-Arm is recruiting a customer service representative (office-based)
Europ-Arm, a company specializing in the import and distribution to professionals of hunting, shooting and leisure weapons as well as accessories related to these activities, is looking for a sedentary customer follow-up officer.
The missions:
- Answering calls from business clients
- Management and monitoring of customer complaints and disputes
- Order backorder tracking
- Order taking and upselling
- Order entry using the company's internal software: "SAGE"
- Editing of delivery preparations
Required skills:
- Good customer service skills over the phone
- Proficiency in computer skills and the Office suite
Knowledge of hunting or weapons would be an asset
- Proficiency in English would be an asset
Job Profile:
- Organized and meticulous person
- Beginners welcome
- Permanent position based in La Flèche (72)
- Remuneration based on skills and experience
