The Kentucky flintlock rifle is the emblematic black powder weapon of the conquest of the west by American trappers. This very faithful replica is both decorative and particularly precise when shot. It is available in a finished version or as a kit to assemble yourself.
Born from a development of German "Jäger" hunting weapons, this rifle was the great rival of Brown Bess. Typical settler weapon, the Kentucky rifle, is recognized for its lightness and precision of fire, it was the most popular of the American rifles. Flintlock, this rifled black powder rifle has a bronzed barrel, the fittings are in brass and the stock is in sanded-oiled walnut.
