The Silver Pigeon I Sporting is built on the legendary Action 686, a longtime favorite of hunters and competitive shooters. It has two tapered mid-action locking tabs, located just between the barrels, which gives it great locking force and durability while maintaining the action profile considerably lower. The advantage is that the shooter's eye is much closer to the plane of the supporting hand: considerably improved swing and eye-hand coordination.
