This reproduction of an American rifle, characterized by the maple stock, faithfully reproduces the original models in use during the golden years of the American Long Rifle (1760-1840). Like the rifles of that time, used for squirrel hunting and renowned for their high precision, this model presents a meticulous job of fitting all the metal parts into the wood. The rifle has an adjustable double trigger. The guard and butt plate are made of brass; the plate and the fittings are marbled.
