Designed for demanding hunters, the Winchester SXR² Field semi-automatic rifle combines power, robustness, and shooting comfort. Available in popular calibers (.308 Win, .30-06 Sprg., .300 Win Mag, 9.3x62), it adapts to all hunting situations, whether driven or from a stalking position. Its proven mechanics offer excellent rearming fluidity and an optimal rate of fire, while its oiled walnut stock and innovative Inflex II buttplate effectively reduce recoil.
Winchester is renewing its range with the SXR² Composite , an evolution of the SXR Vulcan after more than 13 years of impeccable service.
A robust and proven mechanism
Its adjustable gas system ensures a reliable firing cycle, even with subsonic ammunition or when using heavy accessories. The 7-lug rotating bolt provides secure and consistent locking.
FN Herstal precision and reliability cannon
Its 53 cm barrel , manufactured in Belgium by FN Herstal and CIP proven, guarantees robustness and precision on all calibers: .308 Win , .30-06 Sprg. , .300 Win Mag and 9.3x62 .
Wooden stock: elegance and ease of use
Its redesigned wooden stock features a straighter grip , ambidextrous palm swell, and modern checkering for a reliable and secure hold in all weather conditions. The Inflex II recoil pad absorbs recoil for more comfortable shooting. Custom fit is achieved with the included spacers.
Adjustable ergonomics and perfect grip
The stock can be adjusted:
- +/- 3.5 mm in height
- +/- 3 mm drift
- Standard length: 360 mm, extendable with a 7 mm spacer or optional butt plate (25 mm or 30 mm)
Functional controls and increased safety
The contoured handguard reduces its width by 10% for improved grip. The enlarged charging handle makes it easier to operate even with gloves, and the slide stop provides added safety during loading and unloading.
Rapid aiming and total modularity
Adjustable sights with ultra-bright LPA fiber optics ensure rapid target acquisition. Compatible with existing SXR mounts, the SXR² Composite features integrated rings and Nomad rails for custom optic mounting.
