Delory-Brumart stock shoe for Canardouze reducing recoil by 50%!
Stock shoe is mounted between the stock and the butt plate.
- Reduction of recoil by a spring integrated into the fixing tube and 2 guide rods with brass bearings.
- Damping level adjustable by a screw located at the end of the tube.
- Plates positioned on the butt side and butt plate in aluminum alloy to be cut according to the shape of the weapon. Installation and size to be carried out by a gunsmith.
The Delory-Brumard shock absorber can reduce the recoil of the famous canardouze type hunting rifle by approximately 50%. Indeed, this juxtaposed 12-gauge shotgun intended for Gabion hunting has the specificity of simultaneously firing the 2 cartridges chambered in the 2 gun barrels!
Generally chambered in 12/89, the canardouze used with 2 cartridges loaded with 63 g of lead therefore generates a considerable recoil, despite its weight of more than 5 kg.
The Delory-Brumard anti-recoil sabot therefore allows, thanks to its spring cylinder, to absorb 50% of the recoil of the weapon and to make it much more comfortable when shooting.
