Carbon is 7 times harder than metal while being much lighter.
The silencers of the Adamantium® range are thus very light, 120g for the large model and 110g for the micro-adamantium® model.
The carbon filament winding technology (used for missiles, for Airbus planes or in the design of the masts of the Vendée Globe boats) ensures resistance to difficult climates (humidity, air salinity, heat, sand , etc.), to high pressure and decompression, allows high precision thanks to excellent conduction of heat exchange, and makes our Adamantium® silencer an aesthetic, ultra-light but robust product.
The Adamantium® model is ideal for long guns. It allows the use of conventional sights.
Composed of 4 elements, SAPL's Adamantium® sound moderator has the principle of being modular according to the needs of the user.
- It is very easy to maintain thanks to its cap that can be unscrewed without tools and the number of internal parts reduced to a minimum.
- The internal anodized aluminum body provides additional protection against corrosion,
- The shutter as for him ensures the passage of the slightly supersonic ammunition in subsonic speed. (However, the shutter is not recommended when using subsonic ammunition, just remove it). The life of the shutter is about 2000 cartridges. These consumables are sold in bags of 5 units. The sound performance is also not to be outdone with an average rendering of 62.5db observed during outdoor tests with Eley club ammunition. The Adamantium® range is certainly a line of top-of-the-range, long-lasting products, 100% designed, developed and manufactured in Normandy!
Instructions for dismantling: The Adamantium® sound moderator is very easy to maintain thanks to its cap that can be unscrewed without tools and thanks to its number of internal elements reduced to a minimum:
1. Unscrew the knurled cap
2. Disassemble the carbon tube body
3. Use a descaling spray or Clean the body thoroughly using brushes, swabs, ultrasonic bath.
