The Sharps is a prominent weapon of the Civil War.

Among the weapons produced in the Confederate arsenals during the American Civil War, figure a rifle copied on the model of Sharps 1859, which was manufactured with approximately two thousand specimens by the “SC Robinson Arms Manufacturing” of Richmond, in Virginia, between 1862 and 1863.

 

The rifle differed from the original Sharps by the absence of the self-priming device located on the upper part of the receiver. Our reproduction is aimed at fans of shooting with American weapons as well as fans of Civil War battle reconstructions.
