Phosphating Armistol 125ml

This ARMISTOL product gives weapons a stable appearance and a black-gray color.

The parkerization process is very easy and quick, just one bath is enough.

Precautions for use: wearing rubber gloves to avoid touching the parts to be phosphated is recommended.

Before using the product: the parts will be white cleaned, without being polished, and carefully degreased. A sandblasted finish is highly recommended.

Use of the product: shake the bottle well before pouring its contents into a metal container which will only be used for this purpose (a container made of unenamelled iron and especially not aluminum). Add 5 liters of distilled water (or rainwater).
Provide a small metal box with holes with a handle for small parts and screws.
Carry out phosphating by boiling the parts to be treated for a period which may vary from half an hour to 4 hours.
Check the color (black-gray) by taking out the parts from time to time.
When the desired appearance is obtained, rinse the parts with plenty of water and cover them with vaseline oil, linen or polish.
