Rubber projectile defense cartridge.

The MLD 12/70 caliber "GREEN" cartridge is a non-lethal defense ammunition, designed to neutralize an individual at a distance of 15 to 35 meters. It projects a rubber projectile and uses a Cheddite primed case with central percussion ignition.
