A precision bath for a professional tan

Designed for hot-bronzing antique or collector's weapons, Selabronze ARMISTOL provides a uniform, strong and durable black finish on steel. It is used in meticulous restorations, in gunsmiths or specialist workshops.

Application by hot bath

This process requires a suitable installation: a heated sheet metal tank , large enough to accommodate the parts to be treated. A heating ramp is placed under the tank to raise the water temperature, triggering the browning reaction with the salt.

Highly effective technical formula

Its composition combines sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrite , elements recognized for their effectiveness in the heat treatment of metals. This mixture allows a uniform chemical reaction, guaranteeing a deep and aesthetic burnishing.
