KA-BAR USMC knives enjoy an exceptionally rich history and iconic status, far surpassing most other knives. During World War II, they were already the preferred choice of many American soldiers. Although officially referred to as the USMC Mark 2 Combat Knife, they quickly acquired the nickname "the KA-BAR" adopted by all. Its distinctive clippoint blade and leather handle make it recognizable from afar.
