7-rifled barrel for optimum accuracy

The 880 mm octagonal bore rifled barrel , with a rifling pitch of 1:65 inches (1660 mm), is designed to stabilize heavy, low-velocity projectiles. It provides excellent long-range accuracy, much appreciated in old-fashioned sport shooting competitions.
