Black powder revolver for target shooting or cowboy action shooting. The Colt 1851 Navy Rebnord Sheriff was a short version of the famous Colt revolver used by the Confederates (Rebs) and allowing faster drawing than the standard version.
The Colt Rebnord revolver was produced by the Confederate States of America (Rebels, hence the name Reb) during the Civil War, and which was appreciated by the pioneers of the conquest of the west in the 19th century.
